There is no one size fits all policy to things like this unfortunately. But does SkinID actually give you the system and approach that you need? Does the test really work to determine what it is that you need for greater success?
How Does SkinID Work?
SkinID uses various approaches. They give you a test, and there is no one standard formula. To some degree, they do have some good ingredients. With SkinID, you will get ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, which are common of course. But if you haven’t tried anything else, chances are you could see results with these ingredients, and you may as well get strait to the point. But many who are looking at acne treatments now have not seen results with many other products such as benzoyl peroxide. So SkinID also has other formulas that are sometimes recommended containing ingredients such as alpha hydroxyl acids and tea tree oil. The major problem is that from what we’ve seen, the test often recommends products containing ingredients that the consumers already know don’t work for them. They also recommend potentially harmful ingredients to those with sensitive skin, and these formulas are not really all that unusual. You can find these same formulas in hundreds of other products with all the same problems and oftentimes, significantly lower prices.
Does SkinID Cause Problems Or Side Effects?
SkinID products can cause redness, irritation, peeling, dermatitis, sensitivity to the sun, and even crusting and other problems with the skin. They come with many common irritants such as vitamin A and benzoyl peroxide, and some of them do not even relate to acne in the first place.

SkinID is not nearly as unique and original as they like to say. With SkinID, you will find that yes they have different formulas. But they only have a few which are based on only the most common of ingredients. When it comes to SkinID , you will find that unfortunately, it’s not all that it’s cracked up to be, and these formulas are just as prone to problems. Many of the supposed numbers are just the same products repeated a few times over.
